The pages are still unsullied with the whiff of optimism, I assume this book will provide delectable justice to the significant memorable food at its heart, authentically spiced, and imbued with cross-cultural flavours.

What is food if not love
I often think of what it would be like if all foods were the same. It would be so mundane and depressing. But food has a mood. It shows how the cook feels about the people he/she is serving it too. It speaks through its flavour, it aroma and colour. Paz’s dishes does exactly that. It draws you in with its tantalising smell and entices you with its flavour so intoxicating you feel you just have to have more. When someone cooks with love you taste it in each bite. How someone can take the most simplest of ingredients and make it into a feast fit for a king is exactly how i would decribe Paz’s dishes. This book is not just for people wanting to explore new tastes and flavours but its a book that even the most accomplished chefs would benefit from. Cooking with love pure and simple mouthwatering every time.

I fell in sweetness of chocolate when I saw the cookbook cover. I love anything baked in Chocolate
Yes, I did, most definitely, tried out that Chocolate Babka, it was an absolute chocolate affair with my Tastebuds. A light texture characterized by layers that come apart during eating. Family loved this simple yet tasty chocolate nutty dessert.
Lets not forget the curries in this fab cookbook as well. I have tried a few. Simply delicious. I bought the book at the right time when I was on a veggie month long fast/eating plan. It was helpful getting me thru the fast. U must try the cauliflower (I love this veggie) with soya prawns, it was to die for. The bright colors of this curry captures ur eyes to indulge it.
The reason I always go back to this cookbook for recipes, is that they are incredibly tasty for one and the other is that its ingredients that u sometimes always have in ur pantry.
For the coming Summer afternoons, indulge a cup of relaxing Spicy Chai tea,…..mmmm heavenly.
