Season chicken with spices.
Set up your dredging station
Mix equal parts corn flour and rice flour into a bowl.
Beat eggs into a bowl.
Use water if you’re not keen on using egg. It works great, without messing the oil.
Dip spiced chicken into flour mixture, then into egg or water. Lastly dip again into flour mixture.
Chicken pieces must be well coated.
Use all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs if you prefer.
Fry chicken pops in hot oil until golden then drain onto paper towels, to absorb the excess oils.
Serve with your favourite dip.
