Cut the chicken breasts in cubed pieces.
Marinate chicken with spices & ginger garlic paste.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Add in the chicken and cook 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Reduce the heat if chicken browns too quickly.
Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, melt butter and garlic, cook until fragrant
Add the lemon juice and pepper. Stir it and then add in the chili sauce and mayonnaise
Allow the sauce to cook for about 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add in the fresh cream
Mix together
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, turning to coat.
Garnish with lemon slices and freshly chopped coriander if desired.
