In a small clean bowl, combine the spices, salt, and pepper to taste.
Lightly dust each fillet with rice flour
Shake off excess flour.
Rub each fillet with olive oil; season with salt and pepper and the spice rub.
Place the fillets inside of the air fryer basket, put the basket into the inner pot, place the air fryer lid on top
Set the temperature Air fry to 200C for 7-8 minutes.
Once the time is done, open your instant pot airfryer lid, remove the fish fillets.
Serve immediately with lemon butter sauce, chips and garnish with coriander and a good drizzle of vinegar.
