Marinate the chicken fillets with the above ingredients.
Leave the chicken to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Grease a loaf pan and pack your chicken fillets tightly into the pan.
Bake at 200 degree celcius for 1 hour.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before overturning it onto a wooden board and slicing.
