Clean chicken breast fillets and cut up into cubes for ease of dicing.
Add in all of the above ingredients up until the egg into a food processor with a chopping blade attached.
Blitz the chicken and turn the diced chicken mixture out into a bowl.
Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto a slice of bread.
Coat the chicken side with sesame seeds.
Cut the bread into triangles (x4)
Fry in medium hot oil until golden and crisp
Serve with your favourite chili sauce.
