Preheat the oven to 180-degree celcius
Spray the loaf pan with a non-stick spray and keep asideuntil needed.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, oil andsugar. Beat well until combined and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth andglossy for about two minutes.
Sift in the dry ingredients and add in the buttermilk oryoghurt.
Scrape the sides of the bowl to incorporate allingredients together.
Add in the molasses and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 40 to 45minutes or until the bread is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for about 10 minutes
Whilst still warm, gently loosen the loaf from the sides of the loaf pan
Brush the donut bread with melted butter and dust with generously with cinnamon sugar.
Sprinkle all sides of the bread with the cinnamon sugar blend.
Serve with your favourite cuppa.
