Ingredients

tahini

Lime
the juice of a full juicy lime
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
1/4
cup
water
1
garlic clove (crushed)

greek yoghurt

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the tahini with lime juice, salt, and pepper. You should notice a change in the texture and body of the tahini paste.
Thin it out with water to your desired consistency, using 3 tablespoons of water will make a thick sauce.
Whisk in the yoghurt, crushed garlic, and olive oil.
Taste and adjust salt and lime to your taste.
