BUTTERSCOTCH BANANA PUDDING

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes instant pudding (butterscotch flavour)
  • 600 ml fresh milk
  • 1 can Nestle condensed milk.
  • 2 can Nestle dessert cream.
  • 2 cups freshly sliced bananas
  • 2 pkts butter vanilla biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Using a handheld machine, whip pudding mix with fresh milk.
  • Once blended, pour in the sweetened condensed milk
  • Continue to beat until the mixture loosens a bit and starts to cream up
  • Lastly add the dessert cream into the pudding mix.
  • Once again, beat softly to blend the cream into pudding mixture until it becomes thick, creamy, and fluffy
  • In a Pyrex rectangular dish, layer the butter vanilla biscuits to fill the base.
  • Then place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the biscuits.
  • Now ladle scoopfuls of the delicious butterscotch mixture over the bananas
  • Continue the layering process and end with the butterscotch mixture
  • Top off with a generous sprinkle of crumbled biscuits.
  • Store in the fridge for four hours minimum
  • Serve scoopfuls into individual glasses or dessert bowls
