Honestly, this is one of my family’s favourite. My boys relish on this meal and it is ridiculously easy to satiate their hunger pangs when lamb chops and mash is on the menu!
With only a handful of ingredients, certainly no spicy dullness here, this is full on flavour. I serve these sticky seasoned chops with a garlic and rosemary infused fluffy mash which essentially soaks up all the sultry juices that glides down the meats. Advocating patience, a generous lime squeeze, to release its lemony tang, this makes for a glorious feast. The combination of flavours marvellously elevates the taste to a whole new refreshing experience.
Lip-smacking enchantment here.
I recently revived this recipe, and it is now a comforting bliss.
