Chocolate parfait
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 slab dark chocolate — chopped
- 1 packet Bakers Romany Creams — mint flavoured
- 1 slab mint chocolate
- caramel sauce
Instructions
- Whip 1 cup of cream and the vanilla essence.
- For the ganache, heat remaining 1/2 cup cream in the microwave for one minute, add dark chocolate and stir to combine.
- Dip the rims of the glasses into the ganache – allow it to drizzle into the sides of the glasses. Leave to set.
- Crush the biscuits to form a biscuit crumble.
- Spoon some ganache into the base of each glass, then layer with crushed biscuits followed by whipped cream. Top with crushed biscuits, followed by some more ganache.
- To finish, top with whipped cream, shaves of mint chocolate and a drizzle of ganache. Drizzle over some caramel sauce.
- Chill in the fridge or serve immediately.
